🔁 Return, Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy – LuxeHub™

At LuxeHub™, every product is crafted with care and customized specially for you.
While we ensure quality and precision in every order, we understand that rare issues may occur.
This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, refunds, or cancellations are accepted.


🧾 1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement / Refund

Returns or replacements are applicable only for damaged or defective products received by the customer.

Eligible scenarios include:

  • Product physically damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing or printing defects
  • Missing components in the package

Non-eligible scenarios:

  • Personal dislike or change of mind
  • Incorrect personalization input by the customer
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

🎥 2. Proof & Verification Process

For any damage or defect, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
This helps us verify:

  • Condition of the product upon arrival
  • Authenticity of the claim

Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to process a replacement or refund.

After verification, our team will determine whether the order qualifies for:

  • A replacement,
  • A full/partial refund, or
  • A store voucher/credit (as applicable).

3. Time Frame to Report an Issue

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of product delivery.
  • Reports received after this period will not be eligible for review, as we cannot verify the issue.

💰 4. Refund Mode & Timeline

Refunds are processed based on the damage assessment and scenario:

  • Processed to the original payment method, or
  • Refunds are typically completed within 2–5 business days after approval.
  • Exchanged products will be delivered within 7-10 business days
  • Store credit can be used within 6 and 10 days

🚫 5. Non-Returnable Products

Since our products are personalized and made to order, returns or refunds for customization errors from the customer’s side are not accepted.
Only defective or damaged items qualify for review.


🛑 6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before customization or printing has started, or within a few hours after placing the order.

Once customization, printing, or production begins, cancellation is no longer possible, as each order is made uniquely for the customer.

Cancellation Before Processing

  • If cancellation is requested within the allowed period, the refund will be processed as per the same procedure mentioned above (Section 4).
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 2–5 business days.

Cancellation After Customization

  • Once customization or printing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
