🔁 Return, Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy – LuxeHub™

Effective Date: Nov 2025

At LuxeHub™, every product is crafted with care and customized specially for you. While we ensure quality and precision in every order, we understand that rare issues may occur. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, refunds, cancellations, and undelivered orders are handled.


🧾 1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement / Refund

Returns or replacements are applicable only for damaged or defective products received by the customer.

Eligible Scenarios

  • Product physically damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing or printing defects
  • Missing components in the package

Non-Eligible Scenarios

  • Personal dislike or change of mind
  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery

🎥 2. Proof & Verification Process

For any damage or defect claim, customers must provide a clear unboxing video, recorded from the moment the package is opened.

This helps us verify:

  • Product condition upon arrival
  • Authenticity of the claim

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to process a replacement or refund.

After verification, LuxeHub™ may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A full or partial refund
  • A store voucher / credit (if applicable)

3. Time Frame to Report an Issue

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for review.


💰 4. Refund Mode & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method, wallet, or coupon.
  • Approved refunds are completed within 2–5 business days.
  • Replacement orders are shipped within 7–10 business days.
  • Store credits (if issued) must be used within the validity period shared at the time of issue.

🚫 5. Non-Returnable Products

All LuxeHub™ products are personalized and made to order.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for customer-side customization errors.

Only damaged or defective products qualify for review.


🛑 6. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Processing

  • Orders can be cancelled only before customization or printing begins, or within a few hours of placing the order.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.

Cancellation After Customization

  • Once customization, printing, or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

📦 7. Undelivered & Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Orders

A. Customer-Side Responsibility

(Incorrect address, unavailability, refusal, non-coordination, etc.)

If an order is returned to LuxeHub™ without successful delivery due to customer-side reasons:

  1. Shipping & COD Charges
    • Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
  2. Reshipping the Order
    • Reshipping will incur additional shipping charges.
    • COD will not be available for reshipped orders.
    • Full prepaid payment is required before reshipping.
  3. Refund Without Reshipping
    • 60% of the product value will be retained by LuxeHub™.
    • Remaining 40% will be refunded to the original payment method / wallet / coupon.
    • This deduction is applicable as most products are customized and cannot be reused or resold.

B. LuxeHub™-Side Responsibility

(Verified courier or processing issues from our end)

  1. Reshipping
    • The product will be reshipped at the earliest at no additional cost.
    • Tracking details will be shared with the customer.
  2. Low-Value Product Resolution
    • If reshipping is not feasible, a coupon of equivalent value may be issued.
    • The coupon can be used on the next purchase.
  3. Refund Option
    • If a refund is requested instead of reshipping:
      • Shipping charges are non-refundable
      • Only the product cost will be refunded

📑 8. Proof, Review & Final Decision

  • All requests must be supported with valid proof (delivery status, courier remarks, images, videos, or communication records).
  • LuxeHub™ reserves the right to:
    • Approve
    • Partially approve
    • Reject
      any request if the claim appears invalid, unsupported, or abusive.

⚖️ 9. Final Authority

All decisions regarding refunds, replacements, reshipping, deductions, coupons, or denial of claims are made solely at the discretion of LuxeHub™, based on:

  • Situation
  • Product condition
  • Order value
  • Proof provided

LuxeHub™ reserves the right to deny any request at any stage if misuse or policy abuse is identified.
