💳 Payment Policy – LuxeHub™

At LuxeHub™, we strive to make every purchase smooth, secure, and transparent.
Our payment process is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring your transactions are completely protected.


💠 1. Accepted Payment Methods

We have partnered with PhonePe Payment Gateway to provide you with multiple secure payment options:

  • 💳 Debit / Credit Cards
  • 📱 UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • 💰 Wallets & Net Banking
  • 🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD)*

💵 2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, customers are required to pay a partial advance payment while placing the order.
The remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery.

This process helps us:

  • Confirm genuine orders
  • Reduce RTO (Return to Origin) losses
  • Ensure faster and more reliable delivery

If the balance amount is not paid upon delivery, the package will be returned to LuxeHub™ and no refund of the advance amount will be provided.


🔒 3. Secure & Encrypted Transactions

All payments made through our website are 100% safe and encrypted.
We use SSL-secured systems to protect your personal and financial data.
LuxeHub™ or its team never stores your card or payment details.


⚠️ 4. Failed or Pending Transactions

If your transaction fails but the amount is deducted, please allow 24–48 hours for the payment gateway or your bank to process the reversal.
Refunds or re-credit will follow the policies of the respective payment platform (e.g., PhonePe, bank, or wallet provider).


🧾 5. Tax & Invoicing

All LuxeHub™ orders include applicable taxes.
GST details may be included in the invoice where applicable or as per future government guidelines.
